Cooking Fast Healthy Chili (Video)

Try it! It’s delicious. This is great for a Quick healthy lunch or dinner. Very fast and easy to make. Plus it contains quinoa which is an ancient grain  that is a rich source of protein, dietary fiber, several B vitamins and dietary minerals, nutrients. It is also high in protein and contains amino acids.

Vegan Chili

full of protein zero cholesterol:

start with sautéing onions and peppers in canola oil

add granulated garlic and chili powder

add cumin

add cooked kidney beans

add canned crushed tomatoes

add canned diced tomatoes

add bulgur or if gluten free quinoa

add Water

add brown sugar

Cook till tender

Yummy! Great for a healthy family meal!!!
